Need basic course on how you make frontend and backend for simple site, blog for example. Preferably HTML5 CSS3 + popular framework then PHP and MySQL. So I get it working.

freecodecamp(mentioned by Igor) is a very good platform to learn web development step by step for both front-end and back-end. And use w3school (mentioned by Brian) as a reference.
