How to make a rigged model in blender so that it's motion can be controlled in android game.

How it's done .. rigging a model in Blender or unity and control it in a 3d game in android.

I Googled "blender android object" and got a bunch of results that looked relevant, but this is beyond my technical setup to guess well. I couldn't create a "let me Google that..." link either, but I can link this one (using "android blender rigged model"):
