What recommended system requirements on Visual Studio (C#)

I want to buy a notebook and i have a low budget. What computer I need?

that's hard to tell. low budget: how low is low?

you wouldn't need cutting edge. an intel i5 (maybe 5th or 6th generation will be enough) with 2 or 4 cores, at least 2gb of ram (the higher the better and a good amount of hard disk space. if you're going to install the full visual studio package, a gdd with at least 500gb should be ok.
