Nobody is trying to bring anybody down😊the reason why most people get down vote is because their post has nothing programming related.if your posts suits the Q&A nobody will dislike

Trust me, don't let others enter into your head and heart. You need to believe in yourself and have confidence, regardless of what anyone else says or does, or you'll create a voice of self-defeat inside of yourself. Just focus on improving anything you can and always try to become a better version of yourself. Many times people may down vote because of irrelevance, vagueness, or simply because they didn't understand.

What's an example of a thread you had which got down voted? I'm usually a brutally honest person and more than happy to give you feedback.
