Are people reading through the comments?

I have concerns about people not reading the comments (answers) provided by others as they are re-posting the same answers. it's a little bit silly.

the first case Fronz-Tec mentioned happened to me more than once

it takes some time to write an answer with the phone keyboard (especially with kebabs for fingers •_•)

Sometimes, when you are reading a post and write an answer, there is another user writing an answer, you can't see the post of this user, unless you refresh the page.

But sometimes (or often?) there are people, who don't read the other comments
