#Challenge Convert Number into text

Question

please help me convert any number from 0 to trillion into text and add FCFA at the end of the text.
for example; 123 should output " one hundred and twenty three FCFA".
The number should have no decimal places and should be rounded up to the nearest five; like 123 should be rounded to 125 and 126 should be rounded up to 130.
