C++ is used in Unreal
C# is used in Unity

So it depends on what you know more.

Also a lot of popular games are coded in Unreal, while Unity is more user frendlier engine. Because of that almost everybody can code in Unity, so even if its strong engine, when you say: "I've created a game in UNITY" the others would almost always say "Meh..." (because a lot of BAD games are done in unity).

So decide what you want actually.
