not at all, just you need little practice.

if you write it down in sheets and memorise it once n for all, then it's not, i have by hearted all the CSS properties by doing many design layouts, I can write my own bootstrap equivalent classes ,

so it's a problem of first week only , 2 days SoloLearn, 5 days w3shcools,

then lifetime Mozilla Developers network to stay up to date with latest changes

css is easy to learn you just have learn and then practice what you know. also take a look at scss :)
