better to deepen the science of the website first (PHP, HTML, CSS, bootstrap, JavaScript, Jquery and others) or Java first multi-platform?

well.. to make you familiar with certain concepts, it won't kill to start with web dev.. you'd also benefit from it.. by creating your own websites and others.. so I think you should start with web dev and have a method and a lot of practices and projects..
