Visual Studio personly, since you have the ability to make Windows applications.

I don't use C++ for anything. But I tried code blocks and it is pretty much good IDE. but I'd prefer to work with Visual Studio or eclipse.

Why not try all the above out and see what works best for ya? I personally use Visual Studio but it has it's ups n downs like everything else.
