[Python]What Is This Statement For ? @root

In some frameworks I find this statement in the script like Ruby or Python : @root I tried to test it like if it will lead me to a root directory or something like that but it doesn't work I searched for it but the only two results that I got are: •cubic/Square root of a number •PyRoot is it a method , function, property or what ? Please Help :(

@ is the sign that tells that the function declared below is decorated. thus, the root function (decorator) is somewhere in the framework functions...

I was wrong Python programming language was named after Monty Python, wow, names for things sometimes have nothing technical about them, this name is actually based on a comical show.
