HTML, CSS, JavaScript done. After that what ? How can I make my own website now? What are the things I still have to learn?

I did some searching but it's like an ocean, what to pick and what not to. So many frameworks, so many languages. what to give focus on , it's so confusing. Please explain what to focus on and what's important.

@Akashdeep the ruby and python are taking it's place. This is a sign that PHP may be able to maintain its relevancy even with its new competition. PHP is not dead and it isn't dying. But it is shifting away from being the only major server-side scripting language to one of many viable server-side scripting languages. Therefore, I think that Php will be major language for websites till end of 21th century.

You should learn sql and Php. These are needed for the back-end of the website. You should understand it better for transfer of data from here to there.SQl is needed for the database.

if you want to start a web site, stop reading about it for a bit...
Just start one with whatever you already know.
Even if this limits you to a few static pages!!! :-P
Then when you see you limits, you will know what you need to learn further, and will have the right "how do I do this" questions.

you've completed most of what you should learn for a functioning website. if you're after a static website which you'll use mainly for giving information, then you don't need much to learn. but if you are going to build a website with lots of user interaction and data from users, you need to learn php and sql (mysql) for database management.

a bit of advice: apart from what i already said, if you want a site with a good design and to which people want to come back to, invest some of your time in "elements of graphic design", "typography" and most of all "communication design". good luck with your site!

But I read somewhere PHP is dying, I mean python and ruby is now taking it's place. Is php like basic language I should grab or I can go for python etc?
