Between programmer and computer who is smarter?

computer is more like Hulk (Has powers) but without guidance it can do nothing ... so programmer is more smarter ! :-)

That held true until recent advances. The line is getting a bit blurry, but AI has certainly gone beyond what it's initial programs have intended. Did you hear about the FB AI that taught their selves a new language to more effectively communicate? It was freaky enough that the creators thought to shut it down & assess the implications before going further.

Just one example among many.
