I want to persue my carrer in machine learning stream . How can i move forward to acheive my goal.

I'm a Computer science engineering graduate working in service based company . I want your inputs regarding how should I move forward to reach my goal.

Considering you are really experienced in programming, you should acquire a good understanding of mathematical concepts of linear algebra, statistics, probability theorem and sets theory.

If you already have it, then there are many online tutorials to get you started. On such occasions I always recommend the course I attended at coursera.org:

It gets you started and lets you in the most applicable machine learning algorithms.

Then, depending on what's your weapon of choice, I would start learning machine learning libraries of the programming language of your choice. Currently Python and R are the most popular, but ML can be done in any programming language, actually.
