Kotlin or web developing?

i know html,css,javascript,php and python
but when i try to make a webpage or website i make something very very bad or nul !!
so i wanna ask you , do you have any web developing ressources !
and should i convert to kotlin ?how much time i need if i already know these languages and i learn fast?
