I have started learning Java, is it very difficult to understand?

Since oops concepts of Java seems easy but the rest I have heard that it's too tough to understand. And I want to learn Java fully i.e Java Advance, so is there anything I should learn more?

I thought Java was quite hard, but that might have just been me! I suppose understanding varies from person to person.
