How do you feel about the language "Go" and why do you need it at all?

I never understood who needs this low-grade language.

Go is one of the emerging programming languages. It was developed by Google so it is a lot of things but low grade XD
As @Jacob Pembleton said it is centered around modern computing. It is specialized in thread safety and aims to be run parallelly by different processors or even machines

It’s better than others for working with threads because it was actually designed to work well with modern computers whereas others are older and can’t use these features easily.
