Which is better to learn first, HTML or CSS?

Well answered @Wout. But just to add, when learning CSS without HTML, you can't use or practice CSS without HTML. CSS styles HTML. So it's HTML and then CSS, which styles HTML.

Well you should have to learn HTML first because it is a very much simple tag language . It has tags name in English which is very much easy to remember. If you learn CSS first , you may not understand the language better
