can I become a Front-end developer just knowing HTML, CSS and javascript? what to focus for full stack?

I have learned HTML, CSS, bootstrap and now on the halfway of javascript, can I become a front-end developer just knowing these? what is the way ahead to be a full stack developer?

so put bootstrap, jquery, backend languages, frameworks, and other side tracks on hold until you are really proficient with pure JavaScript. stay on that note until you are very comfortable with JavaScript and functional programming first. this path / process will pay off in the end regardless of whether you end up going front end, back end, or full stack. !!!!

these are two questions. for front end focus on html css and JavaScript. do not worry about front end libraries and frameworks before learning vanilla JavaScript very very very well.

for backend learn relational databases and sql really well. if you know JavaScript really well it doesn't matter what backend language you use as you'll pick it up quickly if if if you know JavaScript well.
