There isn't a single language that can triumph over all. Many systems and software use all kinds of languages, and sure there may be some languages that are used more than others, but learning and focusing on one language wont make you a 1337 hacker. Also do note that blackhat hackers are illegal (hacking without permission). But assuming you are trying to do this for business purposes (whitehat) it would probably be best to learn the most commonly used languages being C++, Java, Python, and C. Other languages such as C#, JavaScript, and HTML are nice to know as well, and languages such as Ruby are not commonly used in comparison.

While Bryan's answer is correct, I'd like to add that learning to use a software suite (like Kali), and the programs thereof (like the Metasploit Framework) is what you should be doing. While general programming knowledge is useful, if not downright required, you can learn almost any programming language to get that. As for particular language learn them if and when you need them. PS: Obligatory note recognizing the fact that blackhat hacking is immoral and you shouldn't do it is obligatory.
