How to create android apps in eclipse?

As tite says how can create android app in eclipse? Do i need to download something?

You will need to use the android SDK plugin to develop apps on android but there are roughly 3 % of devs that use eclipse for android development beacuse now "android studio" is used and is a very advanced IDE but it requires to much memory for emulator.

don't use eclipse for android development anymore. that's really a pain in the a**. it's not supported anymore. you can't develop using any new technology with it
