why we need CSS for styling texts ,as we can do this in HTML

since you can target large groups it is much more effective. it is also easier.

in html there are only few styles like color font or bolditalicunderline that can be done more styles we need CSS also it has to be done on all elements all sections and all webpage which is not in CSS we can quickly improve styles by modifying the CSS code it is difficult in html

It's easier and can target groups of text / images / graphics, instead of just one section at a time.

I like to have a "clean" code, and it would be a mess if I have to apply the same style to the same element over and over again. It's easier to have one CSS file for multiple HTML files.
