Why is this code not working which is perfectly working in Microsoft Visual Studio C++ (C++14)

Question

I've made this code in Visual Studio Community 2017's Visual C++ (C++14) . It is working perfectly in there but not in this playground. Is it some code problem or is it due to length of code.

Also I would like if anyone would suggest me if any part of code can be made more generalized and better in terms of simplicity or making it short , etc..
