Why aren't there css, or jQuery challenges?

I know these are not programming languages but still challenges helps us revise and refine our skills.

CSS challenges are integrated within HTML. I guess that's because only CSS can't be used to create anything, it's a 'compulsory parasite' of HTML.
I also wonder why there aren't SQL or jQuery challenges. At least, we can have jQuery challenges integrated within JavaScript. U have played a few JavaScript challenges but never got jQuery questions.

we get to learn all the hard part the languages but app like these help us focus on small things which we miss while learning. Thanks Dipta for your answer.

html isnt a programming language and it's a challenge weapon.The cause of these is unknown to anybody but sololearn!
