they're basically the same thing,c++ just adds a ton of stuff.i would start on c just so you don't get overwhelmed with c++.c# is also adapted from c so it's easy to learn if you know c or c++ but i wouldn't recommend starting off with it.

C ++ is something I learnt briefly years ago. it's okay, but nothing too special nowadays.
