SoloLearn No internet Prank, do you have the same problem??

Question

I have good internet in my phone and all other apps are running well without any internet problem, but when it comes to my dear friend "SoloLearn" he keeps on telling me that nothing will load because I don't have internet in my phone.
I had to uninstall and reinstall it again to get access to write this question.
Is this common??? what are you always doing to solve the problem??

Yeah it happened to me just now but I left it and it came back so might have been a site issue

I have the same problem. I thought it's my phone's fault but now I see that't an app issue
