No one can say what you are going to like, if your only goal is to be a freelancer, i'd say take the easier, fastest and profitable way.
In the meantime, take a look here, with over 20 jobs you should find something that sounds interesting to you: http://moneyconnexion.com/freelance-jobs-on-top-10-best-freelance-websites.htm

In my country there is a saying that says: "He who covers much, little squeezes." That is to say when one wants to learn many but many programming languages can be overwhelmed. Of course it is important to know several programming languages and several technologies. But for me the best thing is to learn very well a programming language, its syntax, its pros and cons, its use etc. in this way the learning curve to learn another language will be lower.

As @Maz said, you should be a little more specific. I have done things a bit randomly on pages where you can register as a freelancer, so the simple saying that you want to be one does not bring any context to the question.
I mean, you can even do simple translations or make assignments with excel.
You should define what you like and then see what level you would need to start accepting jobs. If at some point you do not feel prepared then leave it while you learn more, many people damage their reputation by accepting jobs they are not able to fulfill. In the same way I recommend that you make connections, that way I assure you that everything will be much easier for you.

I'm in no position to tell you what you personally like. What do you enjoy doing? Do you prefer art or do you prefer logic/problem-solving? Have you tried any of the stuff above before?
If you haven't tried any of the above, then try each of them out and see what resonates best with you. I enjoy both art and programming, but my art is more of a personal thing, so I'd go with programming if it were myself.

The most important question is this, "What do you like?". Based on what you said, I assume that you like web development. But what specifically? Do you like front end design? or backend? 3d design? etc... You cant go wrong with all of these. In the end it's just a matter of preference.
tldr: focus on what you like

what do you do a lot in life?
example
if video games, then learn C# or C++ and design them

Try each one of that options!
Choose a project by time from each one and do it from start to end to realize what are the pros and cons, the challenges, the pleasures, etc.
There's nothing like experience to help you take a definitive choice.

Well said @Code Ninza. BTW I'm in this situation too. I also want to do freelancing but I don't know how to do. I left it. Now I'm learning javascript and python

I try to learn as much as I possibly can

I've learnt javascript and currently trying to learn more languages. But there a lot of things that remain same in each language. For example - if-else statement, for loop, while loop, do-while loop, switch statement.

@Mickel Sánchez, what pages do you recommend?

If you like both art and programing, check out Blender or Unreal engine. You can make art in there and script the characters. If u want it to find anjob fast, start with python.

It is Incubation stage you are in and it means to plant your ideas, wishes and start nurturing them. So what is your deep intuitive voice telling you? First try to settle on a "direction of a wind" - as the saying goes...
This is your challenge and you can pass it only with the knowledge you have.
1. Look for work that others do and you enjoy.
2. Read about Freelancer work model (Freelance Manifesto Book - School of motion).
3. Examine your personality (Understand My Self - online test).
4. ...
Bestluck.

For Graphic Desing, Logo desing and similar work you have to:
1. Learn software (Illustator, Photoshop)
2. Get artistic skills (Drawing, Colors. That is harder than you expect, no easy and fast way)
In any case you always start learning and see where it goes.

I started with Windows Powershell. It's easy to learn, free and the ISE comes with Windows 10. Python is a good first choice in general.
Once you learn the basics of one language, learning others will be MUCH easier. A lot of the concepts are transferable.
