Python Standalone App for Mac

Question

Hi, I am still new to Python Programming but I would like to create an App with Python. I found several ways like py2app which I tried. Unfortunately the App can‘t be opened so I would like to ask if anyone here had similar problems

Ahh, okay -- I was thinking it may be Gatekeeper causing the issue https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202491. Glad you found a way to avoid it :)

I have not tried this as I am not into Python, but I am on Mac -- what is the error message when you try to open your app?

The error was that the "action isn’t permitted" but I got away from it because I found an AppBuilder for PythonApps on Mac

That is possible but I haven‘t found a way around it so looked for another way and I found a Builder tool

What‘s the name of the builder tool you use? Is it more easy than py2app?
