All are saying c and c++ are the basics of programing.is it true?

Maybe not basic to programming, but basic to computers. C makes you do many things by hand that other languages automate. This can teach you what the computer really does.

I guess you could say Assembler is the most basic, but it depends on how you define basic. Assembler is not easy as in terms of begginer basics but as the foundation of programming
