General:- c++ or python. I think python is the easiest language to learn as beginner

Some programming languages are difficult to learn the syntax but you can make it easy by coding again and again

I suggest you to try HTML or c++ and don't forget it to code Daily

I think one must first decide about the field s/he wants to work on . then find the right language....
(if u want to develop apps for Android. then y would u learn html for that!)
