Can anyone explain me how to make jarvis program in c# and java?

Jaja well, after reading at least 100 books (automata theory, IA, neural nets, word and visual processing, probability, advanced human machine interfaces and so on)
With all that knowledge You can start to think the way you can integrate and convert all of that in code, so you need to know very very very well a program language
Or.... You can invest a few hundreds of millions to buy a company of many scientists with decades of investigation in that field like Google, Ms, Apple and start from there

first you need to make x file ,that contain all the command that Jarvis support. after this you need to write code in c#.For code you need to read some book then you need to make your own code from book
