Google announced that kotlin is the best language to develop android. Do you think it will replace java fully in Android studio?

I don't think it will be fully replaced. You'll always have the choice to pick Java for your project. They tend more to make more language viable as to limit the options. But I guess the best option in the future will probably be kotlin, because they put a lot of work into it.
