How should I approach web development at such a young age?

I am a 15yrs old and I am really interested in web development. I understand the fact I need to learn HTML and CSS and Javascript but once I do, what then?

If you really enjoy programming, you could go to a programming/IT School. You could always try to challenge yourself by reprogramming top websites or apps. That way you would learn a lot and maybe even become successful with 15 Years! Btw I am also 15 ;) ~Kamil

Now time for backend learn PHP, ruby on rails, perl, jsp with java or others. I recommend you PHP because it is highly popular with 82.3% of world website use PHP as backend. I am now 18 and try to learn more. Anyway, good luck

@Nathan Ellis I started with programming by watching youtube videos this really helps a lot, after some time I bought myself a book about making browser games, where I learned some jquery which is really helpful when it comes to Web development. The sololearn courses are also very good! But the main point is, if you don't know haw to do something ASK here (if not me for sure someone else will help you) or search on Stack Overflow maybe someone has already asked it before Hope this Helps ~Kamil

@kamil I love the idea of reprogramming a website or app but I am clueless on how to do so. I unfortunately do not have alot of resources when it comes to learning web development because my school has no such program/class on it. My friends have no idea what im talking about when I bring web making up so I am completely by myself.
