Start learning c++ ⬇⬇ https://www.sololearn.com/Course/CPlusPlus/?ref=app Practice your codes in code playground and play challenges to learn more ;)

he is new to cpp so he should learn basics first and according to me sololearn course is good. After learning all basics he can move to advance course and read some books

@ Timon Paßlick, you are nearly right and i agree that every pro coder needs some great books, but the c++ course here is great for the foundation and easy to understand, there so many books which are very difficulty to understand, for the logic behind c++ is this course one of the best you can find, but that is just my opinion, have a nice weekend and fun with coding 👍😉

@ Timon Paßlick, i think c is not really outdated, i know companies which use c for machine-programming, so every c++ programmer should know a little bit c, because it is possible that you will find in your future coding jobs several times c-codes and c++ is backward compatible, so every working c-code is also a working c++ code, have a nice day 👍😉

@ Timon Paßlick, its good that you have your own opinion and its also good to talk about such topics, i don't think that you lose a debate and you also shouldn't think that, it was nice to talk(write) to you 👍😉

i think every hunter should know how to build a spear or a bow 😉

its not an automatic assumtion, its my opinion, because it is a harder way to kill, buy a gun and shoot is too easy, so every hunter should learn to build and use a spear or a bow to kill animals

But the thing is that the basics are also covered in the books.

As Surbhi said, that's the best place to start! Here are some additional resources to go along with what they said: http://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp/language http://www.cplusplus.com/ https://www.tutorialspoint.com/cplusplus/ https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/c-plus-plus/ Best of luck! No, our C++ course is NOT good. After you did it, you can't write anything useful because it is so basic. The best thing to do is to read a book.
