That will greatly depend on the quality of output, along with the quality of supplies (machines, factories, etc) depending what they're making. Some other countries have had the technological revolution and it went great -- Japan and China for example; they are revolutionaries in robotics, and also have many great programmers. Other countries had a technological revolution and it's helped them become abandoned, crime-ridden, and dangerous because they didn't have enough companies to employ all the programmers they cranked out and many became malicious hackers -- can't remember the country, but this would've been 20+ years ago now.
