What is the right time for Internship in India? Do any companies/startups hire 3rd Year students with level:intermediate skills?

I'm a sophomore pursuing B.Tech CSE. My 2nd year is going to end this May, after which we have our Summer Vacations.
I wanted to gain some experience before my placement.
I would like to know if there are any internship opportunities in India for me
My skills:

C++ 👉 Confident
SQL 👉 Intermediate
PHP 👉 Intermediate
Python 👉 Intermediate
HTML & CSS 👉 Intermediate
JavaScript 👉Intermediate

Am I eligible enough for an internship with these skills?
If yes can someone please help me out reach the right ear.
