OERDER BY CHARACTER AND THE UPPER OR LOWER

How can I order by a column firstly regarding its characters and secondly regarding its upper forum or lower forum?

You can use order by column_name COLLATE Latin1_General_CS_AS asc or COLLATE Latin1_General_CI_AS asc.
