Can we change the combination of HTML,CSS AND JAVASCRIPT TO HTML,CSS AND JAVA

hey I was wondering whether I could change the combination (mentioned in the topic) because I know java, will it work, is java compatible?

Not an expert, but as i understand it, JavaScript is by default the programming language of HTML and the web. It also has ways to interact with the browser like alert() and console.log(). But I do believe that there are ways to run Java on a browser, however it is usually safe to assume that a website visitor should have JavaScript enabled and Java applets disabled.(Correct me if i'm wrong here) Anyway, on a practical basis, I think you might be better off using JavaScript for websites, and really, I don't think it should be very hard considering you know already know java :)
