What do y'all think about the book, "The Truth About HTML5"?

I just downloaded it yesterday, but I have noticed how the author is generally not pleased with the sectioning elements and how they are used differently from the spec.

Thank for your reply... From a student point of view do you think it will be of much help.. one of my courses this semester is dealing with web technologies and e services, so it covers html, xhtml, xml, xsl...etc.. but not HTML5
