Can anyone create cartoon it will be very interesting that cartoon character will help us to solve user queries.

you take a pencil, a peace of paper and you start to draw a cartoon on the paper, that is nearly the way i start a picture, it could be that i think about what to draw 👍😉

have a look at p5js. It will allow you to create animations on canvas with JS in a similar way as Processing does it with Java
