I know on the Web version, you can go to your profile and click on the cog wheel next to "My Courses." That'll let you reset the courses you've taken and remove them from your profile's stats. However, that does NOT reset your level/XP/badges, and to the best of my knowledge, I don't know that you can do that without creating a new account.
