About Upvoting and Downvoting Quiz

Does the number of upvotes and downvotes affect the quizzes approval?

Note: Every time, we create new quizzes, our quizzes will appear in Rate Submission. We can upvote and downvote our own quizzes.

I'm not exactly too sure on how it works, but I remember reading a comment that stated if it gets a certain number of upvotes/downvotes (most likely 3), then it either gets approved or disapproved.
