I want to be an android app developer. Please suggest me which language will be best to learn for me? I am novice in this field.

Today there are a lot of options. Google recently endorsed Kotlin which is increasingly becoming popular. I advice you check it out. You could also learn JavaScript and become versatile. With JS you could develop apps with React Native, hybrid frameworks such as Phonegap and Cordova. You could also use C# with Xamarin which is also a hybrid framework. There are pros and cons of using the Native route using Java/kotlin. There are also pros and cons of using hybrid frameworks. It's up to you I guess
