I'm not seeing the mistake. If you haven't already sent the screenshot, could you perhaps post a link to the screenshot here first?
That way we can verify that there is in fact a mistake with the picture and not a miss-understanding.

7<=4 is False. 7 is not smaller than or equal to 4
7==4 is False. 7 is not equal to 4
7!=4 is True. not (7 is not equal to 4)

In both I see the correct picture, maybe it is scaled incorrect.
