Can c# programming language be used for writing codes to forecast or predict?

serv2r You cannot use machine learning on the lottery because it is not a pattern like the markets or even weather. It's neither metrics, nor pseudo-random. You could do it with horses, crypto, and maybe boxing, but the lottery is the best scam since nylon.
