Practice for junior web design ?

i'm finished learning html and css. but still a little confused with the layout (float,flex,responsive...), any practice that can make me better understand about html css ?

i'm try duplicate a facebook theme and i'm finish that in 3day(21 hour) damn %`£#$#$_={/%#£-_-_=/^+}=[:][:^#%

1.HTML
2.CSS
3.Javascript

knowledge on the above three is required as basic.

✨For web development: Start with HTML, and then move on CSS,  JavaScript,  Python, jQuery,, and SQL.
