I need help developing an app... :( I don't really know how to code but I have a good idea that I'd like to start working on it right away provided I get the personnel I need! it's a good idea and its worth working on but everyone is overcharging and I can't afford it! pls help if you can

Sounds more like he wants to "collaborate" on a project than hire employees. Pretty sure that sort of thing is exactly what this app is all about.

omotoyosi, consider using github to allow others to work on the project. if it is really a good idea then people will contribute.
