What will be your reaction when someone copied your code?

Mine are free to use, if anyone asks. But I will lay my vengeance upon anyone who takes it and boasts about having written it himself.

In Sololearn reality - if someone saves my code as private - great! If as public with my authorship retained - maybe my brow will raise. If as public claiming authorship - better not try...

First off: why would you put a money project here on SoloLearn? I might do small segments as test but to me I would put the code somewhere I could right click and other safeguards in place.
The codes here are pretty much open source no license no protection ( or very limited at best ) timestamped.

It just depends upon the code. Any code that I don't want others to access, I do what I need in order to protect it. If they go out of their way to decompile my code and read that version of it, then it just is what it is. Again, my reaction will depend upon what it is.

If it's one of my major projects, then I'd be pissed off and would potentially do what I can to retrieve my code and/or enact my revenge upon said person by any means possible.

If it isn't one of my main projects, I'd probably willingly share my code with anyone that wanted to see it in action.

According to me i will feel proud on myself if it is my minor project but for major projects i definitely take precautio on it...

here in sololearn everybody can take my code
somewhere else the most codes yes but if it a huge project or did want earn money with that i think i would create a license or a coperight sign

I agree... Thats really painful if your code copied, leaked, stolen... without your permission... 😥😥

people can copy Jimi Hendrix but they can never be him.

that being said, I am a minister who has vowed to end global warming and bring about social justice with every dollar I ever earn. if money goes to others who stole my code I would view it as an insult to myself and humanity. use my code but make sure any profit goes directly to being our brother and sisters keepers.
