[challenge] Estimate cost of getting from A to B by different means of transportation in your town

Question

Out of interest, I compared cost of commuting as a function of the distance for a private car, public transport, car sharing service, and Taxi.
This is fairly easy to implement and I thought it could be a fun project for some learners here.
