I want to develop an app of my website for android. What are things i should learn if i want to make it by myself?

I have a science website name Magnified World. I want to develop an app for android but dont know where to start from. i dont know any language. But i want to learn. What should i start with and how will i get best ui designs?

or you could use PhoneGap to package your html and javascript.

Or you can learn Angular and use Ionic.
